  2. Quality Assurance: Each painting is carefully inspected and packaged with utmost care prior to delivery or pickup to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  3. Responsive Patron Support: We are here to assist you with any inquiries, concerns, or assistance you may require during your purchase experience. You may reach us via email or phone during standard business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time.

  5. Secure Payment Processing: Your security is paramount to us. We utilize industry-standard encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is kept safe and secure during transactions.

  6. Fast and Reliable Delivery: We will strive to deliver all artwork purchased locally within 5 business days of the purchase. We deliver artwork within the Greater Richmond, VA, area for a delivery and handling/packaging fee of $60. Customers may also opt to pick up their purchases at our studio in Bon Air, VA for free. If needed, we can ship artwork within the continental U.S. via ground shipping. The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping fees, which will be significant as most Terrie Powers paintings have one dimension that is 36" or greater. Paintings shipped in this manner may be tracked utilizing the carrier's shipment tracking system.
